GCOMM is getting ready!

GCOMM Media is getting ready for our annual Freedom Fund Breakfast, to be held Saturday, August 25, 2012, at the Charles Theater. Breakfast prayer will begin promptly at 9 a.m.

The GCOMM Media Co. sponsored Freedom Fund Breakfast was created in 2009 to honor local and state journalists and political/community activists in the work they do that usually goes unnoticed.

From past recipients ranging from former Baltimore Mayor Sheila Dixon, WMAR Square Off Host Richard Sher, Fox45 anchor Patrice Harris and many more. This year we plan on honoring another great bunch, with names such as former Mayor Kurt Schmoke, WJZ-TV13 Derek Valkor, WEAA Host Marc Steiner and WOLB Host and former state senator Larry Young and more!

We also are looking to again donate portions of the proceeds to an area charity, this year focusing on social issue organizations. The past two years, the money went to youth service organizations.

The cost of attendance is $50 for each adult and $25 for students under 25. If you mention this post to either Leslie Roane or Hassan Giordano, the cost of attendance is $20!

For more information, contact Hassan Giordano via email; hgiordano@gcommmedia.us or Leslie Roane at lessslie311@gmail.com

Hope to see you on August 25th!

The 2011 Mayor race was a hot one! We helped Jody Landers with his campaign, but everyone fell short to Incumbent Rawlings-Blake.

Listen to Hassan Giordano on WEAA!

Hassan Giordano, the President and CEO of GCOMM Media Co. will be a guest on the Marc Steiner Show tonight (May 7).  The show will air from 5-7 on 88.9, WEAA.

As of late, there have been sweeping departures within Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake’s staff. Just last week, the police commissioner, Fred Bealefield, abruptly announced he that he will be resigning at the beginning of August.

Giordano will be on the Marc Steiner show tonight discussing his most recent article, written for the Baltimore Examiner about these changes in staff. Giordano’s article states “Twelve departures within six months has staffers and elected officials concerned about stability while new Chief of Staff said to be announced this week.”

“I always enjoy being on the Marc Steiner Show”, Giordano says. “I am really looking forward to talking about these abrupt changes.”

The Mark Steiner Show can be found on 88.9 WEAA, Mondays-Thursdays 5-7.

GCOMM Media Co.

We are GCOMM Media Co., founded in 2011 by Mr. Hassan Giordano. Giordano is a well-known Baltimore media and political socialite. From writing for The Baltimore Examiner to being an important political strategist, Giordano is very skilled.

GCOMM serves the Baltimore Metropolitan region, as we are stationed in Baltimore City. We are very involved in Balitmore City and Maryland politics.

In 2011, we were awarded with Bmorenews’ Best Media Firm of 2011. Also, we were also named the Marketing King of Politics for 2010-2011 Election Cycles.

Some of our past campaigns/services have proved productive. We backed Jody Landers for Mayor of Baltimore in 2012 as well as created an initiative to lower the age of eligible candidates for city council from 21 to 18.

Our services include political campaign consulting, crisis communication, lobbying services, campaign marketing and video production/photgraphy.

We are an Independent based firm looking to effectively position politicians and company’s through strategic media and marketing venues, while branding their product in the minds of each and every American.” is our mission statement, and we try extremely hard to live up to it.
